Organization Objectives

Organization Objectives

Objective 1: By the end of the fiscal year, increase the health status, economic stability, and social connectedness of elderly participants in the program by implementing health education, financial literacy training and Facilitate social support groups, recreational activities, and community engagement initiatives to combat isolation and promote social inclusion among elderly participants.
 

Objective 2: By December 2025, our organization will have empowered 250 youth through a comprehensive talent development program that includes mentorship, workshops, and competitions in areas such as arts, sports, and technology. Additionally, we will secure scholarships for at least 100 of these youths, enabling them to pursue higher education or specialized training programs that align with their talents and career aspirations.
 

Objective 3: By June 2025, our organization will have improved maternal and child health outcomes for 1,000 households and empowered 500 adolescent girls and young women (AGYW) in the targeted communities through comprehensive health education, access to healthcare services, and leadership and skills training programs, resulting in a 30% reduction in maternal and child health issues and a 50% increase in AGYW participating in community leadership roles or further education.
 

Objective 4: By July 2025, our organization will have empowered 300 women from the communities of the Most Vulnerable Children (MVC) by providing comprehensive training in three key areas: financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and specific income-generating skills, leading to at least 70% of these women successfully launching or expanding their own businesses or income-generating activities.
 

Objective 5: By December 2024, our organization aims to enhance the economic stability of 200 households of Most Vulnerable Children (MVC) through tailored financial literacy programs, income-generating activities, and access to microfinance, resulting in a measurable 25% increase in household income levels.
 

Objective 6: By September 2024, our organization will have reached and provided comprehensive support to 500 Most Vulnerable Children (MVC) in Tanzania, focusing on their health, education, and economic stability to significantly contribute to their overall well-being and safety.
